Registration

Who can participate?

All individuals and institutions related to the Power and Energy Sector are welcome to join CEPSI 2010.

Registration Fees (in NT Dollars)

Notes:

1. 1US$ ≒ 33 NT$

2. Payment by credit card (VISA or Master card only), please note that the Bank of Taiwan will accept payment in New Taiwan Dollars (NT$) only.

3. Payment by bank transfer, both NT$ and US$ will be accepted (Please consider NT$ first) and applicants must pay all charges for the transfer.

4. At least one author must register before July 26, 2010 unless a later date is agreed upon by the Organizer; otherwise the accepted paper will be refused by the Organizer.

What does the fee include?

Delegates (including Members, Non-Members and Authors of Papers) will receive:

1. Access to Opening Ceremony, Keynote Speech, all Panel Sessions, Technical Sessions, Poster Presentation and Exhibition.

2. Daily Coffee/ Tea Breaks and Lunches.

3. Conference satchel with program, abstracts and related information.

4. Admission to Welcome Reception, Cultural Night, Farewell Dinner and Technical Visit.

5. Free shuttle bus service from official hotels to conference venue.

Accompanying Persons will receive:

1. Admission to Welcome Reception, Cultural Night, Farewell Dinner, Technical Visit and Exhibition.

2. Daily Coffee/ Tea Breaks and Lunches.

3. Free shuttle bus service from official hotels to conference venue.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

**All cancellations and refund requests must be made in writing to the Conference Organizer.

1. 90% of the registration fee will be refunded for cancellations received on or before July 26 2010.

2. 75% of the registration fee will be refunded for cancellations received on or before September 24, 2010.

3. No refund will be accepted after September 25, 2010.
